Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken

2 1/2 lbs chicken, skinless
1 tsp pepper
1 ounce,1 tablespoon olive oil
2 oz lemon juice
1 clove garlic,minced

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken

  1. Mix spices together.

  2. Add oil.

  3. Brush chicken with spices,and put in a 350 oven.

  4. Cook for about an hour or until done
