Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Peas

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 tsp Paprika
0.2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
4 Serving Chicken
4 oz Mushrooms
0.5 cup Chicken Stock
10 oz Peas

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken and Peas

  1. Combine oil, soy sauce, paprika and rosemary in a shallow casserole or baking dish.

  2. Place chicken in baking dish, turning, to coat all sides in seasoned oil.

  3. Scatter onions around the chicken pieces.

  4. Pour broth over chicken.

  5. Bake, covered, at 350F for 35-40 minutes.

  6. Add peas and bake 10 more minutes, until peas are tender and chicken is done.
