Chicken parm without the grease of frying it the entire time

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Parm

12 oz. skinless chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs (whole grain)
1 egg
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp marinara sauce
2 oz. mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Parm

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Bread all chicken evenly and sautee in a frying pan with olive oil until browned evenly on both sides; add to baking pan

  3. Bake chicken for 20 minutes in the baking pan

  4. Add a tbsp. of marinara sauce per chicken breast and a pinch of mozzarella cheese on top

  5. Bake an addition 5 - 7 minutes
