Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Panzanella

2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked & cut up
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, drained
4 medium green onions
5 oz. Croutons
1/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh basil, sliced

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Panzanella

Heat oven to 350. Layer first 4 ingredients in ungreased casserole dish. Drizzle with dressing. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
