Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Nuggets

1 1/2 pound of chicken
1 cup Corn Flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. - cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces

  2. - place cornflakes in plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Add remaining ingredients and shake until blended.

  3. - add a few pieces of chicken at a time to crumb mixture. Shake evenly to coat.

  4. Convential Oven:

  5. Preheat to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet

  6. Place chicken pieces on cookie sheet so they are not touching

  7. Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes
