Well, I'm surprised at how many calories are in this, to be honest. Not what I expected... but still delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Nuggets

6 oz chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
4 saltine crackers
1 slice white bread
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. Toast white bread. Crush crackers and bread and mix with seasonings.

  2. Lightly coat chicken in olive oil and then breadcrumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until done, about 16 minutes.
