cooking time need to be quick for me so, frozen broc is ideal. i put it in the tupaware with raw squas and bake chicken in fridge...next day i take to work and microwave it!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked chicken w/green vegies

1 chicken breast
1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1 squash

Recipe Directions for Baked chicken w/green vegies

  1. seanson chicken

  2. bake at 350 for 25mins

  3. cut into 3 pieces (vertically)

  4. slice squash

  5. 1/2 cup broccoli for each serving

  6. place all three in tuppaware and refrigerate untill ready to use.

  7. microwave for 3mins on high
