Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Fingers

1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup ground almonds
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 salt
1 pepper
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Fingers

Preheat oven to 450F. Combine all dry ingredients. Cut chicken breasts into 16 strips or buy 1.5 pounds of chicken breast tenders. Dip chicken in egg beaters, then dredge in crumb mixture. Place on a rack on top of a baking sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
