Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Broccoli - Low Fat

48 oz boneless, skinless Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2/3 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
16 oz Broccoli
4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken and Broccoli - Low Fat

  1. PLACE broccoli and chicken in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix soup, milk and pepper and pour over all.

  2. BAKE at 400 F for 30 min. or until done. Stir sauce before serving. Serve with rice.
