Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Broccoli in a Cheesy Mushroom sauce

3 1/2 chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Soup - Campbell's Condensed Soup
1/2 cup Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup - Campbell's Condensed Soup

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken and Broccoli in a Cheesy Mushroom sauce

  1. Mix Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup and Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup with 1/2 cup of water.

  2. Fillet chicken breast or cut into smaller pieces for faster cooking.

  3. Place chiken and broccoli in a baking pan and cover with sauce. [Chicken should rise above the level of sauce. Do not cover chicken completely or else it will need a longer cooking time.]

  4. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, and then turn chicken over and mix sauce.

  5. Continue baking for 25 minutes or until chicken is starting to brown at athe edges.
