Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chick Peas

30 oz Garbanzos Chick Peas
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Baked Chick Peas

Rinse 2 cans of chickpeas (also called garbanzo beans). Pat dry with paper towels and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine 1/8 cup of olive oil, 1/2 tsp each of smoked paprika, cumin and turmeric, and a dash of black pepper and sea salt. Add chickpeas, tossing until completely coated. Bake on a non-stick baking sheet at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally. Leftovers will stay fresh in an airtight container for several days.
