Recipe Ingredients for Baked Cheese Cake with Cool Whip

16 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Sweetener
16 oz Light Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 crust Ready Crust Graham 2 Extra Servings Pie Crust
1 serving 100% Lemon Juice
16.029 oz Whiped Topping Free

Recipe Directions for Baked Cheese Cake with Cool Whip

  1. mix cream cheese, vanilla and splenda until light and fluffy.

  2. Beat in Eggs one at a time until smooth

  3. Add sour cream and lime or lemon juice

  4. Pour into crust

  5. Bake @ 375 for 35 - 40 minutes... until a few inches in pie are firm but middle is still jiggly.

  6. Cool, top with coolwhip and let sit overnight in fridge.
