Recipe Ingredients for Baked cauliflower and broccoli

48 oz Cauliflower
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 cup, diced Provolone Cheese
0.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
2 tsp Salt, Table
9 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Baked cauliflower and broccoli

  1. Boil or steam the cauliflower and broccoli.

  2. Place in a 12" x 24" greased pan.

  3. In a hot skillet, combine 3 tbsp margarine, 1/2 c flour, 1 tsp salt, and 2 c flour.

  4. Add 1 c cheese.

  5. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and broccoli.

  6. Bake 35 minutes at 375 or 400 degrees F.
