Baked Restaurant Style Wings with no frying

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Buffalo Wings

1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
11 wing,+bone+removed fryers
2 tbsp Butter
8 tbsp Wing Sauce
6 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
3 tsp Paprika
1 serving Salt Substitute
1/4 tsp Salt
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Buffalo Wings

  1. In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Bake wings on a rack set over a jelly roll pan for 45 minutes. Then turn the oven to 375 (190 deg C) and spray the wings with Pam if desired and let them bake 5 more minutes til they get crispy.

  3. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.

  4. Place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.
