360 grams Special Dark
1 cup Butter
220 grams Egg, Whole
1 cup(200 g) Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 cup(125 g) Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 fluid ounce(30 g) Espresso Coffee
4 tbsp Chocolate

Recipe Directions for baked brownie, america test kitches

  1. melt chocolate and butter in a boiler

  2. wiith chocolate still over water when it all melts, turn off heat, but add sugars whisk.

  3. when its at room temperature add 3 eggs, whisk, then add the other two and whisk light, dont over whisk because itll become cakey

  4. mix flour nesquik in seperate bowl, then add to chocolate mixture, fold in with rubber spatula, not whisk, until you cant see most of the flour.

  5. put in 1 preheated 350 degree oven, for 30 mins (after pouring in pre buttered 9*13 inch pan with foil or parchment papepr)

  6. letcool, then cut.
