Baked brown rice for a healty diet

Recipe Ingredients for Baked brown rice with Veggitables

1 cup Brown Rice
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Baked brown rice with Veggitables

  1. 1.Cut all vegitables into small cubes.

  2. 2.On a pan coverd with nonsticking spray(no calories one) fry the veggitables untill they are a bit tender then add the washed rice and fry it too

  3. 3.Put the rice and veggitables into a baking dish and add 3 cups of water.

  4. 4.Put the baking dish in a preheated oven at 375 F and bake untill the water evaporates.

  5. 5.Serve and enjoy
