Broccoli with cheese and eggs and pasta, grated and baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked broccoli and pasta

600 g cooked broccoli
120 g Emmental cheese
100 g ricotta cheese
100 g penne pasta
2 eggs
30 g breadcrumbs
10 g butter
1/10 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/5 g nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Baked broccoli and pasta

  1. Boil the broccoli.

  2. Cook the pasta.

  3. Mix broccoli, pasta, emmental, ricotta and eggs.

  4. Add salt, pepper, spices as desired.

  5. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 392 degrees Fahrenheit, I believe).

  6. Grease the inside of the pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (leave some breadcrumbs for the grating).

  7. Pour the mix into the pan.

  8. Cover it with the rest of the breadcrumbs.

  9. Bake until it looks good.
