1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Breakfast Omlette

  1. Grease an 8X8 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together, pour into prepared pan.

  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set up.
