2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
5 link Beef Brats
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Baked Brats and Veggies 2

  1. Slice brats into rounds, chopped all veggies, and toss with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 30 minutes.
