Recipe Ingredients for Baked beans

30 oz Pork and Beans (cup)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 green bell pepper
8 oz bacon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp liquid smoke

Recipe Directions for Baked beans

  1. Chop bacon and fry, when half cooked drain 80% fat

  2. Add chopped pepper and cook

  3. Pour beans into glass dish

  4. Add molases and brown sugar, and spices and tomato sauce

  5. Stir in bacon and peppers, Bake in oven at 400 for 1-2 hours uncovered, until reduced to desired thickness.
