Recipe Ingredients for baked beans

4 c pinto beans
2 c cabbage
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown rice syrup
1 tsp dry mustard
3 oz tomato paste
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for baked beans

  1. saute chopped cabbage in 1 tbsn oil

  2. cook beans alone

  3. place all ingredients in baking dish & mix

  4. bake uncovered at 450 F for 35 to 50 minutes.
