Recipe Ingredients for Baked Bean Soup

15 oz. chick peas
1 cup onion
3 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
15 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Bean Soup

  1. Dice onions.

  2. Throw all ingredients in a slow cooker and cool 6-8 hrs. on low or 4-5 on high.
