Recipe Ingredients for baked banana walnut oatmeal

3 c rolled oats
2 eggs
1 c fat free milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 medium bananas
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 T honey
1/4 c brown sugar

mix all and bake at 350 until middle is set (not wiggly anymore)
