Best oatmeal ever!! Very filling and very nutritious!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Banana Oatmeal

3 bananas
2 cups oats
1 egg
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Banana Oatmeal

  1. Mix together 1 mashed banana, milk, well beaten egg and vanilla.

  2. In a seperate bowl mix together the oats, baking powder and salt.

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.

  4. Line an 8x8 in. square pan with parchment paper.

  5. Slice 2 bananas and layer some on the bottom of pan.

  6. Add oatmeal mixture and top with remaining sliced bananas.

  7. Back at 375 for 26 minutes.

  8. After 26 minutes increase heat to broil and top with brown sugar.

  9. Broil for 3-4 minutes for a bubbly carmelized topping.
