Recipe Ingredients for Baked Banana Oatmeal

41 g rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 dash salt
15 g egg whites
30 g banana, mashed
30 g banana, sliced
96 g almond milk
1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Baked Banana Oatmeal

  1. Combine the dry ingredients

  2. Combine the wet ingredients

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry PLUS 1/4 TSP VANILLA. Mix well.

  4. Line an 8″ pan (square or round) with parchment paper (for easy removal and cutting!).

  5. Layer some banana slices on the bottom. Pour batter into pan. Top with remaining banana slices.

  6. Pop into a 375* oven for about 26 minutes.

  7. After 26 minutes, increase heat to broil, sprinkle oatmeal with 1 heaping tbsp brown sugar and broil for 3-4 minutes.
