Recipe Ingredients for Baked Banana Oatmeal

1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 dash kosher salt
15 g egg whites
20 g sliced banana
20 g mashed banana
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp splenda brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Baked Banana Oatmeal

  1. Combine wet ingredients

  2. Combine dry ingredients

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix well.

  4. Line an 8″ pan (square or round) with parchment paper (for easy removal and cutting!).

  5. Layer some banana slices on the bottom. Pour batter into pan. Top with remaining banana slices.

  6. Pop into a 375* oven for about 26 minutes.

  7. After 26 minutes, increase heat to broil, sprinkle oatmeal with brown sugar and broil for 3-4 minutes.
