Recipe Ingredients for Baked banana bread breakfast pudding

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups fat free milk
1 banana
1/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Baked banana bread breakfast pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Grease a 4 cup casserole dish or small oven safe dishes.

  3. Throw all ingredients except the banana and dried fruit into the blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides if necessary.

  4. Evenly distribute the batter into the dishes and then garnish with banana and dried fruit.

  5. Pop in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

  6. dried fruit may burn a bit, so watch it carefully after 30 minutes.

  7. You can refrigerate for 4 days and they apparently freeze very well!! :)
