Recipe Ingredients for Baked Balsalmic Tofu

4 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Lite Extra Firm
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Balsalmic Tofu

  1. Preheat oven to 375 (F).

  2. Slice tofu into strips or cube, as desired. Rub or toss with olive oil, vinegar, pepper. Optional: add herbs (oregano or basil recommended).

  3. Bake for 40 minutes, turning once.
