Okay, I know, it's not really healthy, but once in a while you gotta give in. Pair with something low in sodium and fat to balance this indulgence.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Bacon-Crab Leg Bites

5 serving Louis Kemp imitation crab leg
5 serving laura lynn bacon

Recipe Directions for Baked Bacon-Crab Leg Bites

Cut crab legs into thirds. Do the same with 10 slices of bacon. Wrap each crab piece with one third strip of bacon. Stretch the bacon before slicing to make it big enough to wrap all the way around each piece. Place on a broiler pan or rack on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil that you have poked holes in to allow fat to drip through. This does alleviate some of the fat. Also drain on paper towel to absorb any more excess oil. I still count all the fat calories and if I have overestimated that is better than under estimated.
