Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

1 pound asparagus
1 cooking spray
1 tablespoon whipped butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Trim off white ends from asparagus

  3. Arrange asparagus in a 9X13 baking dish. Coat the top of the asparagus with cooking spray then season with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Bake asparagus until tender (about 10 minutes)

  5. Melt butter in small saucpan over medium heat.

  6. Remover pan from heat.

  7. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar to make sauce.

  8. Pour the sacue over the baked asparagus spears and serve.
