Recipe Ingredients for Baked apples

2 apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup Apple Juice 100% Pure

Recipe Directions for Baked apples

  1. Preaheat the oven to 350

  2. Wash the apples thoroughly. Remove 3/4 of the core, careful not to cut through the apple, leaving a little at the bottom.

  3. Place them in a pan with the apple juice.

  4. Fill the holes with a mixture of the walnuts and cranberries.

  5. Drizzle each apple with 1 tablespoon of honey.

  6. Bake 30 minutes.
