Cinnamon Baked Apples with raisins and walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apples

6 apples
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup honey
6 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Baked Apples

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through.

  3. Stuff each apple with brown sugar and 1 tsp butter. Place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until sugar begins to caramelize and apples are tender.
