Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apples

2 cups dried cranberries
1 1/4 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 Gala apples, cored and chopped (about 3 pounds)

Recipe Directions for Baked Apples

Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occassionally.
