Pretty much just apple pie without the crust, made with Splenda to cut the calories a bit more.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apple Slices

1600 g apples
1/2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 c splenda

Recipe Directions for Baked Apple Slices

  1. Peel, core and slice the apples thinly

  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl

  3. Put into a 10x13 baking pan

  4. Cover with foil

  5. Bake for about 60-90 minutes at 350 degrees (apples should be soft and the juices thickened)
