Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apple & Raisin Oatmeal Crisp

18 grams Fruit Picks
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
15 grams Organic Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
6 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Baked Apple & Raisin Oatmeal Crisp

  1. MIX wet ingredients into dry ingredients, add apples & raisins.

  2. DROP into an 8X8 greased pan. Spreading out mixture until it is even from edge to edge (or into a 12-cup muffin pan).

  3. BAKE at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on your ovens temperament.

  4. TURN broiler on high for the last 5 minutes to crisp tops if its not already crisped.

  5. COOL and serve.
