A delicious apple cinnamon breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apple Oatmeal

2 cups rolled oats
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 apples
1 egg
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Baked Apple Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 375. Mix wet ingredients in bowl. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Combine and mix well. Great an 8x8 pan or pie pan. Slice apples and place a layer on bottom of pan. Pour mixture over apples and top with remaining layer of apples. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Bake for 26 minutes. After 26 minutes, top with brown sugar and broil for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
