I made these in a jumbo-sized muffin tin since it made 6 perfectly but you can still make them in bars. I did wrap them individually and freeze like suggested but I found when I microwaved it in the morning, it was too hot with pieces of cold/frozen apple. Just eat 1 for 6 says strait! *** Don't forget to add 1/2 cup 0-cal sweetener. 125g of milk is 1/2 cup.

2 cups quick oats
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
125 g milk
1/2 cup water
3 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 apples

Recipe Directions for Baked Apple Oatmeal Bars ? ONLY 2 Weight Watchers Points!

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Fold we mix into dry, spread into bottom of pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 6 bars.
