Recipe Ingredients for Baked Apple Cobbler

6 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3/4 cup biscuit mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Apple Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place apples in a 1-1/2 quart pyrex baking dish. Combine brown sugar,flour, cinnamon and cloves. Add mixture to apples and stir to coat. Cover dish and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and spread apples evenly over bottom of baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar and milk. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls over the apples. Bake in preheated oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm.
