Recipe Ingredients for Bake the Beef

2 egg
2 pound lean ground beef
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 cup oats
1/2 cup minced onion

Recipe Directions for Bake the Beef

  1. Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In a large bowl, whisk egg and add everything else, mixing it with your hand until well blended.

  3. Divide mixture evenly into a 6-cup nonstick muffin pan.

  4. Preheat the oven to 375F and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Serves 3 (Wrap extras in plastic and freeze them for later.)
