Recipe Ingredients for Bah's Chili

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
3 tbsps seasoning salt
3 tbsps onion powder
2 tbsps black pepper
1 tbsp salt
28 oz crushed tomatoes (Contadina or Hunts)
12 oz tomato paste (Contadina or Hunts)
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 oz McCormick Mild Chili seasoning mix
5/8 oz McCormick Original Chili seasoning mix
24 oz water
19 oz dark red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Bah's Chili

  1. In large saucepan, mix ground beef, seasoning salt, onion powder and black pepper. Brown the ground beef. Add salt after ground beef is completely browned.

  2. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and turn flame down to low. Add seasoning mix, cover and cook down for 1 hour. Add kidney beans and cook on low flame for 30 minutes. Stir in pasta. Serve.
