Recipe Ingredients for Bahamian Minced CrawFish

500 g shredded lobster/crawfish meat
3 tbs ICBINB
1 tbs sunflower oil
2 oz onion, chopped
2 oz green bell pepper, sliced
3 oz tomato paste
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp scotch bonnet chile pepper -chopped
1 cube Knorr fish seasoning
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Bahamian Minced CrawFish

  1. Boil lobster tails in shell

  2. Remove shell, cut and pick meat in small shreds

  3. Heat margarine/oil in pan and add lobster- stir until almost brown.

  4. Add onions, green pepper, tomato paste, thyme, chile, salt & pepper.

  5. Cover pan and let simmer for 20-30 mins, cook till tomato paste is well done or changes color.

  6. Note: To prevent burning, stir bottom to top
