This is yet another quick evening meal. I usually have it with a salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Bagel Sandwich

1 bagel
2 ounces Turkey Breast
2 ounces Colby cheese
1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Bagel Sandwich

Cut the bagel and spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half. Layer the turkey, pepperoni, and cheese. Place both halves of the bagel in the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Spread the mustard on the top half, assemble and serve!
