1 egg
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup zucchini
1 tbsp onion
1/2 cup lettuce

Recipe Directions for Bagel Breakfast Sandwich (Half)

slice bagel and toast. Mix egg with zuke and onion and saute in a little oil. When egg has set, transfer to bagel and serve open face with lettuce.
