Recipe Ingredients for The bad pizza

2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup warm water
1 2/3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon olive oil
8 oz. tomato sauce
3 oz. tomato paste
1 lb. light mozzarella cheese
1 sweet bell pepper
1/2 lb. italian sausage, browned
4 oz. canned mushrooms
5 oz. black olives

Recipe Directions for The bad pizza

  1. dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water

  2. I a different mixing bowl, measure flour, salt

  3. add oil to water yeast mixture and add to flour while mixing with dough beaters

  4. roll dough onto 16 inch stone

  5. spread sauce onto dough

  6. sprinkl half of cheese over pizza

  7. spread toppings

  8. cook at 425 for 18 minutes
