Recipe Ingredients for bad choc cupcake

1/2 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup hot water
2/5 cup Flour
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 Egg
1/8 cup olive Oil
1/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla
43 g cadburys caramel bar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup icing sugar

Recipe Directions for bad choc cupcake

  1. melt choc chips and pour in hot water. stir well

  2. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the eggs until they are slightly thickened and a light, opaque yellow color.

  4. Slowly add the oil, milk and vanilla to the eggs. Then add the melted chocolate mixture, beating until combined well.

  5. Next, add the sugar mixture and beat on medium until combined well.

  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are about 3/4 full. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean.

  7. melt brown sugar over hot water stirring constantly. when melted stir in evaporated milk

  8. add butter, vanilla and icing sugar and whisk until ready, cool and frost
