Recipe Ingredients for Bacon Wrapped Eggs

1 tsp butter
50 g bacon
2 eggs
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tbs chives

Recipe Directions for Bacon Wrapped Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 200C

  2. Butter inside of 2x 150 ml ramekins

  3. Line each with a rasher of bacon

  4. Place in teh over for 5 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and crack an egg in each

  6. Seas with salt and pepper and return for 7-8 minutes

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chives
