Recipe Ingredients for Bacon, Vegetable Pasta

4 oz bacon
14 1/2 oz chicken broth
8 oz whole wheat rotini
10 oz asparagus
4 oz neufchatel cheese
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Bacon, Vegetable Pasta

  1. cook pasta in part of broth

  2. steam asparagus

  3. cook bacon

  4. saute chicken cutlets in small amount of bacon grease and spices

  5. mix cubed cream cheese and parmesan to pasta and veggies

  6. crumble and add bacon

  7. slice up chicken and lay over pasta

  8. add extra asparagus on side
