Pasta with crumbed turkey bacon and wilted spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon and Spinach Penne

16 oz cooked penne pasta
10 slices turkey bacon
1 medium onion
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 garlic clove
1/4 c crushed red pepper
2 cups spinach

Recipe Directions for Bacon and Spinach Penne

Boil pasta until tender, drain, reserve 1-2 cups of pasta water. Cook bacon in deep skillet, drain all but 2 T of fat from pan. Add oinions and mushrooms to pan and saute until lightly browned; add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add spinach to pan; cover and stir until spinach is wilted about 2 min. Add pasta to pan; along with 1 c reserved water, adding more if needed. Toss in bacon.
