Recipe Ingredients for Bacon and Rice Stir-Fry

200 g mushrooms, sliced
100 g bacon, chopped
30 ml oil
15 ml vinegar
100 g brown rice, cooked
20 g parmesan cheese
3 g parsley

Recipe Directions for Bacon and Rice Stir-Fry

  1. Fry the mushrooms and bacon in oil until bacon is cooked through.

  2. Add the vinegar and rice and heat through.

  3. Serve immediately sprinkled with parmesan cheese and parsley.
