Homemade bacon, mushroom and onion quiche

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon Quiche

200 g flour
100 g margarine
2 eggs
200 ml milk
8 bacon
2/5 onion
5 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Bacon Quiche

  1. Turn oven to gas mark 5.

  2. Sieve flour into a bowl. Add the margerine and mix together until like breadcrumbs. Slowly add 8 teaspoons of water, kneading mixture to make dough.Pour a little flour on the table and roll dough out to appropriate size for dish.Carefully lift onto dish, fitting it to the edges and folding excess to make a rim.

  3. De rind the bacon, cut into small pieces, and fry. When finished place to the side. Wash and cut up the mushroom, and the onion. Place into pastry dish.

  4. Mix eggs and milk together. Pour onto dish. Place quiche into the oven for 30-40minutes. eat hot or cold.
